01Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading or using any radio app published by iBear Studio ("the App", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
02The App
The App is a free app that lets you discover and listen to internet radio stations operated by third parties. No account is required. We may add, change or remove features and stations at any time, without notice.
03Third-party stations and content
Radio streams, song information and artwork are provided by third parties, such as the radio stations themselves and the Apple iTunes Search API. We do not own, control or endorse this content, and we are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, legality or suitability.
All trademarks, station names and content belong to their respective owners.
04Acceptable use
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Record, copy, redistribute or rebroadcast any stream, except as permitted by applicable law
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the App
- Interfere with, overload or attempt unauthorized access to our servers or services
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
05Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are supplied by third parties; any interaction or transaction with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
06Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, name and branding, belongs to iBear Studio. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
07Availability and data usage
Stations may go offline, change or be removed at any time, and streams may be interrupted. Streaming uses internet data; any charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility.
08Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iBear Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any third-party content.
10Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
11Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
